Group Classes

• Single group classes and group courses are all non-transferable and non-refundable. If you decide to change your options, a credit can be given to your account and used within a 6 month period.  
  
• Casual classes are only available for classes marked as "Casuals allowable".  Alll others must be paid for by purchasing a pass.
• All are to be purchased  by person.  There is no sharing of memberships.  If a family memeber or friend attends with you, they are not permitted to use your card to gain entry.
  
• Introductory classes are used for trying the styles.  From level 2 onwards, it is expected that you are awere of what the style is and therefore you are not able to trial the class in these levels.  There may be exceptions in level 4 if you have proven experience in that style.
  
• There is strict application of expiry dates: 4 months for 10 class pass and 6 months for 24 class pass.
  
• You are welcome to upgrade your pass if you think that you may need to extend your time. This upgrade must be done prior to the expiration of the current course you are upgrading.
  
• The PAYG pass required you to sign up to a direct debit contract. You will be debited $83.50 every 14 days.  The pass is limited to 12 lessons per month.  If you exceed 12 classes per month, the additional classes will be charged at the same rate through direct debit, $13.90 per class). 1 month notice must be given in writing if you wish to cancel the contract.
  

Private Lessons and Bridal Lessons

• All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, the teacher reserves the right to charge you for the lesson.
• Packages must be paid for in advance.  Lessons paid for on a single lesson basis are to be charged at the full lesson price, not at the discount package price.
• There is strict application of expiry dates.
  

Children's classes

• Children's classes are non-refundable. 
• Chilren are expected to act in a respectful manner while in the studio; if not, the teacher reserves the right to ask the student to leave without a refund. 
• Medals are to be registered and paid for prior to the closing dates. If not, the studio reserves the right to not allow the student to participate.

North Shore Dance Studio is committed to ensuring your personal information is protected.   The information we collect from you is used to help you access the services that the North Shore Dance Studio provides.  It is strictly confidential and we do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses stored in our databases to any third parties.  We may use your information to send you material relating to the North Shore Dance Studio.  If you do not wish to receive any of this material, you may simply email us requesting to be removed from our mailing list and no further material will be sent to you.  All personal information we collect about our customers will be kept in a database which is accessible only by those authorised to perform normal daily tasks such as updating addresses and renewing memberships.  We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect is accurate, up to date and stored in a secure environment and accessed only by authorised persons.
